Bosch Table Saw Review
A couple of weeks ago I bought a new table saw for my crew at work. We were in dire need of a new one and I asked my job foreman to pick one out. He chose the Bosch 4100-09 10-Inch Worksite Table Saw with Gravity-Rise Stand based on a review in the Journal of Light Construction. From what I've seen so far this table saw is worth every nickel you pay for it. It costs $600 from Amazon including free shipping.
This is a 15 amp 10" saw that works just as well as my shop saw (Delta). The fence and deck are great and you can rip a 4x8 sheet in half with the 25" cut dimension on the top. This work site saw can even be fitted with a dado which most saws of this type cannot.
The saw plus stand weighs 109 lbs but the easy to use stand makes it a breeze for two guys to lift out of a truck and wheel around the job site. Once again Bosch makes a great tool and you get what you pay for. I've had a Bosch sliding compound miter saw for a few years and I've had great luck with it. So next time you're in the market for a job site table saw definitely give this one a look.
The table saw features:
Squarelock rip fence engineered for maximum truenessIncludes the new enhanced award-winning gravity rise stand by BoschDurable Sub-Base increases tool life by handling job-site abuseIntegrated carry handles increase portabilitySingle point bevel movement for consistent accuracy; 1-year warranty
You can buy the Bosch 4100-09 10-Inch Worksite Table Saw with Gravity-Rise Stand from Amazon.
