Parking
Parking at the Buffalo Niagara International Airport is easy, fast, and convenient. With a whopping 6,850 parking spots available to you, and within a direct route to the terminal, you will rest easy knowing you'll make it in and out of the airport quickly and safely. Parking at the airport parking garage also makes it easy to gain direct entry and exiting from the Kensington Expressway (Route 33) and also easy and fast access to the New York State Thruway (Interstate 90).
Different parking options are available for all Buffalo Niagara International Airport guests' needs. Short-Term parking is offered in the weather-protected garage, perfect for quick drop-offs and pick-ups. Any stay under 2 hours is free and permitted in short term parking, after two hours the rate is $3.00 an hour. Long-Term lots are available for those that are traveling for the day or weekends, and are all within walking distance from the terminal.
Shuttles run free to and from long-term parking and the terminals, and any parking less than two hours is also free. Two to three hours costs $4.00; each additional hour is $1.00, with a daily maximum of $10.00 and a weekly maximum of $50.00. When you travel through Buffalo Niagara International Airport, you are guaranteed to not leave or come in hungry. With a wide selection of restaurants and eateries, you can have anything from a quick cup of coffee with a pastry to a full-course meal. Of course, there are also places to stop and grab a cold beer or glass of wine after a long flight. Check out AllStars Bar, featuring a full-service bar, satellite television sets, and a large menu selection, located on the Upper Level.
For a quick and inexpensive bite to eat head to Burger King by Gateway before Security. The Coffee Beanery is located across from the gift shop and offers anything from a cup of coffee to a latte to a number of specialty coffees. Try a fresh muffin, sandwich, or pastry while you are there! The Landmark Bar and Carvery offers not only a full bar, but table side service and fresh-carved sandwiches daily, including mouth-watering roast beef, smoked ham, and turkey breast. For something light, have some fresh fruit or frozen yogurt at Freshen's, which is located at Gate 4. Other restaurants and food places include Jake's Bistro & News, Matties Texas Red Hots, Niagara Grill, TJ Cinnamons, and Wings to Go. Passenger Alerts
Buffalo Niagara International Airport prides themselves on being as security-conscious as possible in today's world. That is why their rules for flying are clearly posted not only throughout the airport, but on their website as well. To fly at BNIA you must follow all safety rules and regulations. These include, but may not be limited to the following; every passenger must have their boarding pass in their hand before they reach the security checkpoint. E-ticket receipts, itineraries and vouchers will not be allowed to be used for access through the checkpoints.
Passengers are limited to carrying on one bag and one pocketbook/purse/briefcase. Quick and immediate pick-ups and drop-offs of passengers are allowed on terminal roadways. Security in the airport has been increased for everybody's comfort and safety; this includes uniformed and undercover security and law-enforcement officers. If you do not have a ticket, you will not be permitted to pass through the security checkpoint to board a plane. Passengers at BNIA are encouraged to arrive at least two hours ahead of their scheduled flight, and to call the airlines beforehand to check on any delays or changes in flight information. Any items on the "not-permitted" list will be immediately confiscated and not be returned.

Buffalo Niagara International airport knows how important it is to stay in touch with the world, your friends, and loved ones. They know it's important to do so even when you are traveling! That's why they offer computer access, and the ability to check your e-mail, surf the Internet, and more using your Wi-Fi enabled notebook computer or PDA in the airport. For just $6.95 per day you get unlimited access from log-in time until midnight, and you can access this service from anywhere within the departure level beyond the ticket lobby.

Military Friendly
If you are picking up or dropping of a member of your immediate family who is on active military duty, then Buffalo Niagara International Airport is the place to do it at. You may request a gate pass at the ticket counter of the airline that the member of the military is flying through. That way you can be with America's finest until the last minute, or see them as soon as they get off the plane. Passes will be given to the spouse, parents, siblings, and children, and can be obtained with a gate pass and picture ID. All members are subject to going through the security checkpoint. Keeping military family members together until the last minute is a priority at BNIA as they understand the sacrifices these men and women do for our country.
