If you want to be a corporate trainer for yourself, it will require considerable time and effort to develop your ideas and your presentations, and then even more time to tell people about yourself and get them to book you as a corporate trainer.

The first thing that you should do if you are going to start your career as a corporate trainer on your own is to develop an idea or a style that others will want to learn about. Perhaps, you decide to focus on conflict management, and you believe that you have a good way of looking at it.
